I like this idea. It raises the per transaction cost of Wall Street speculation. I’d like to see these new sales tax revenues being dedicated to paying off the national debt. Maybe the Wall Street sales transaction fee goes away when the national debt is paid off and comes back automatically when new debt accrues. This would up the ante for taking on new debt … good news for the political and economic systems.
Solving The Housing Crisis
June 19th, 2011Owner occupied housing is in crisis. The problem is solvable by the Federal Reserve Bank. If the Federal Reserve Bank fails to act correctly, then the crisis will deepen. If the Federal Reserve Bank creates a correctly operating housing market, then the floundering owner occupied housing market will snap back into a long-term stable growth pattern. The choice of either the stability or the continuing collapse of the owner occupied housing market rests in the hands of the Federal Reserve Bank.

June 4th, 2011If I were Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) I would see to the housing crisis in the United States by creating a separate housing money supply called the FHF (which is to say, the “FRB Housing Fund”).
PRIMARY SUCCESS SCENARIO
1. The Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) shall establish a FHF, which is a “FRB Housing Fund” account, operating as a closed revolving fund, and independent of government and business influence.
2. The FRB shall create electronic money to provide the FHF money supply.
3. The FRB shall, through member banks, lend that FHF money supply to home buyers of owner occupied single family residential housing property, whether purchased or re-financed.
4. The FRB shall establish rules that make sure all FHF housing payments are returned in their entirety into the FHF (hence, a revolving fund).
5. The FRB shall forbid the extension of home equity loans upon FHF secured properties, for any and all purposes, except housing improvements.
6. The FRB shall establish a permanent maximum FHF Retail Interest Rate of three percent (3%).
7. The FRB shall establish a maximum single FHF loan setup expense fee of one percent (1%).
8. If I Were Fed Chairman, I would work with Congress and the President to pass necessary FHF (FRB Housing Fund) enabling legislation. I would explain the truth to the American people, of why the free market capitalist banking hegemony must no longer be enabled to use human housing as a source of personal wealth, obtained by means of “root of all evil” love of money (greed) wealth extraction machinations of the bankers and lawyers.
BENEFITS
The first benefit will be that each household’s monthly housing expense will decrease. This will increase spendable cash among FHF financed home owners.
The second benefit will be that home ownership will rise and foreclosures will plummet as underwater mortgaged owner occupied housing is converted to FHF financing.
The third benefit will be that the home loan market will become more decoupled from the rest of the economy, restoring a sense of long term stability and predictability in the supply of human housing.
ADDITIONAL SUCCESS SCENARIOS
Early payment in excess of amount owed applies immediately to home equity and the interest portion of each month’s payment reduces immediately.
Down Payment — waived on refinanced homes purchased prior to the housing bubble bursting.
3b. When a house bought before the housing bubble burst must be sold for less that the amount owed, the bank will absorb the loss in its entirety.
A Visit To THE Content Farm
May 30th, 2011Today I journeyed to the Content Farm. I wrote some new content. I uploaded a few photos. I pruned a few word weeds, converting them into word flowers. I hoped to see that some new advertisers had sprung up. I eliminated a whole bunch of spam having to do with male self esteem issues and other similar sad commentaries on the state of human consciousness.
I thought about writing some content on male self esteem issues and decided against it.
I reviewed my account statement and liked the increase in my money balance. Today is a good day at the Content Farm.
I journeyed to the Content Farm listening room. I read a page of text into the microphones. I listened to my voice being computer mixed into the Content Farm Radio podcast.

His parents had most likely met when Ira was traveling with the Northern Pacific railroad and met Lydia at some social occasion of her working as a school teacher in Belgrade, Montana. They got married and moved for a while with the railroad and they finally settled in Laurel, Montana.

Let’s face it, all that money spent on Social Security, for example, could be much better spent for another bomb, for ammunition and more agile and faster fighter jets in foreign lands to defend our way of life, and for better surveillance instruments here at home. Besides, old people are no longer productive; they don’t work and they’ve already reproduced. They require caretakers who could be serving in other ways. It would be far cheaper and more humane just to let them die quietly. And besides, the way social security is set up, the financial forces of our great country will not make money until the system is privatized properly.

LAW: Universal Sales Tax
March 4th, 2011Let there be passed into Law a universal sales tax on all goods and services sold to, in, or from humans and non-human entities located in the Unites States. Let it be collected at the federal level and apportioned back to the states in proportion to their population of citizens. Let us set the rate at 10% and when government deficit is at zero lower the tax rate down no lower than 3%. Please copy-paste if you like.

December 22, 2012, is my Fortieth Wedding Anniversary AND it also marks the official beginning of the Fifth 26,000 year Epoch Cycle of the humans of Earth. I wonder where I will be, with whom I will be celebrating my Fortieth Anniversary, on the day which, according to the ancient Mayan calendar (which is a manual computer predating modern time keeping computers by thousands of years), marks the Fifth Epoch cycle.
Are humans a first growth species of planet Earth or are we seedlings of some transplant of humans, by means of some ancient inter galactic species transport ark?

The prophecy and the scientific facts are real. The outcome is yet to be determined. It has been said that what we are experiencing is the climax of our particular species and evolutionary stage – the very last years of a cycle some 26,000 years in length, counted out for us with great precision by the Mayans of 4,000 years ago. Perhaps the calendar reaches back many thousands of years, maybe back to the former Ice Age times when humans crossed the land bridges from Asia.

So what the big deal? Well we know for a fact, a proven fact, that on that exact date, 21st December 2012, a series of astrological event will take place that happens only once every 26,000 years. The Earth will wobble/ shake on its axis. This known as a precession. This precession will pull the Sun and Earth inline with the centre of the galaxy and in line with the blackhole. In addition, at this time the Sun will reach the peak of its activity known as a solar flare. The outcome of these parallel events is unknown.
Some astrologers believe that the North and South poles on Earth will shift. This will cause the ice caps to melt, dramatically raise sea levels and cause climate change. It is also been proven that the poles have shifted before in Earths history. The shifting of the poles could also bring multiple natural disasters. The Mayans predicted that the end of the age would be brought about by water. How they came up with this is unknown however it ties in with concerns of the caps malting and global warming.

The man reads a book concerning a Hopi legend of the end of the Fourth Age of Earth. Upon further research, pegging December 21 to 23, the Winter Solstice, as days of significance.
The man studies the Edgar Cayce story, of the “Sleeping Prophet”, a man who went into a dream like trance state wherein his soul journeyed to places and visited with other souls. He told of what he saw. His soul journeyed into a future life in what is now Kansas in 2040 where he stood upon a beach and gazed out upon a vast ocean laying in the direction of what is presently the western plains of Kansas.
The man researched extensively upon the topic of prophecy. His study begun in 1970 extending into the late 70′s. While researching the matter in the Denver Library in 1978, the man concluded that Minnesota was the safest long-term place in the United States to ride out any changes the the Earth’s axis of rotation.
The prophecies pointed to the possible outcome that the area of the Hopi Nation would remain at the same latitude relative to the rotation of the earth and that Minnesota would end up on the same east to west latitude of rotation of Earth as the Hopi Nation and was, therefore the safest place in the United States to be for such an event with such an outcome. Coincidentally the man and woman ended up in Minnesota, which is where they raised their children and live is the present time.

Friday, December 22, 1972 in Kingston, Jamaica was an ordinary business day. The man, who was a Peace Corps Volunteer, and his girlfriend awoke and showered. She put on a pretty pink dress. They boarded the bus in the early morning and made their way to lower Church street. They got off the bus in front of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages. They met their friend Denny, who was a Marine guard at the embassy. They walked together to the restaurant where they had breakfast. They returned to the Registrar’s offices where Denny stood as a witness to their marriage. The woman who was the office receptionist agreed to be the required second witness and received a small gift from the man. After the ceremony Denny returned quickly to his duty at the Embassy.
The man and his wife stopped by the Peace Corps Office to make an official recording of their marriage event. The man told the good news to the Director. Because it was around Christmas, most of the staff were vacationing.
The newlyweds walked over to the Cloud Nine bar and had a celebratory pizza and Red Stripe beer to cool off their bodies in the air conditioned space run by Jose, who had owned a club in Havana frequented by Ernest Hemingway, in the years before the Dictator Fidel ascended to the throne of power in Cuba.
The man and his wife drank their fill of Red Stripe beer. They boarded the JOS bus for their honeymoon ride back up to Half Way Tree. They walked across the park and walked to the house they shared with three other Peace Corps Volunteers. The house was situated on Sandringham Way just west of the house occupied by the Bishop of Kingston.
