Perhaps President Obama’s full employment plans include an infusion of oil pipeline construction jobs and significant new tax revenues (maybe even targeted to pay off the national debt) collected from the flow of Canadian tar sands oil under U.S. soil. If I were him I would DELAY the Keystone Project permit into next year’s election politics.
