JOE says
Adventurers, please follow me. Today we are going to explore the workings of the invention named Friendship™Theater.  My patent attorney Bill is gonna have a fit. What with me making a private patent claim disclosure in a place like FB. Here he comes now.

BILL says
What are ya thinking man. Don’t you know that you have started the clock running giving me one year to file a patent application in the United States.  In the eyes of the Law, this writing may constitute a Public Disclosure.

JOE says
Got you covered. It is a private disclosure because I only told my FB and KIT friends. Besides, Benjamin Franklin himself set up the United States as a “First to Discover” nation. Most nations on earth are a “First to File” which is what some sleazeball capitalists are influencing their way through Congress to have changed. Anyone loving and revering Benjamin Franklin will stand up and defend preserving the United States of North America Earth as a “First to Discover Nation, Forevermore”.

Nobody else? You didn’t tell anybody else.

JOE says
Only a few cross-bloggers and spammers who frequent my blog. But they’ll know a good idea when they hear one. They’ll keep their mouths shut. They’ll be angling for a cut of the action but that’s OK. I can handle a few capitalists. I’ve got Kizmet to detect them. Besides, some of them are of low moral character and will be trying to steal the idea of Friendship Theatre™ but they don’t have to do that because I am going to auction off this one idea through a public auction on the Internet and see what it brings.

You are one creative guy, Joe, and I mean that in a good way. You can write me a check now or we can get together after the show. Since we are upon the deck of a commercial and residential barge the Ergo™Barge draw bridge portal makes this agreement subject to the Interstate Commerce laws of the United States.

Friendship™Theater is the first idea I am going to auction off through a public auction on the Internet and see what it brings.
